Hanna Steinbach
FOUNDER
Hanna Steinbach is an international lawyer with work experience at law firms in Europe and the US, at WIPO, a specialized agency of the United Nations and the Austrian Antitrust Court. Hanna is the General Counsel at Harness, a pre-IPO software delivery company, where she leads the legal and compliance functions. She holds law degrees from the University of Vienna, Stockholm University and UC Berkeley School of Law and is a frequent speaker at legal conferences.

Anne-Kathrin Lalendran is VP, Corporate Legal at Rubrik, Inc. where she currently leads the corporate, intellectual property, product legal, privacy, employment legal and stock administration functions and played a significant part in its recent IPO. As Rubrik’s first in-house lawyer, she helped build the legal team as the company grew to over 3,000 employees worldwide. Before joining Rubrik, Anne-Kathrin held various in-house legal positions in the San Francisco Bay Area and worked as a corporate associate at Skadden Arps LLP. She earned her law degrees from Stanford Law School and the University of Vienna Law School. Anne-Kathrin also periodically lectures at the University of Vienna Law School.
Nathalie Hoegger serves as the Associate General Counsel for Corporate matters at Logitech. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing corporate legal affairs and contributing to the company’s strategic initiatives. Prior to joining Logitech, Nathalie gained experience as a corporate attorney at several different international law firms in New York, Zurich and Palo Alto. She earned her law degree from Columbia University School of Law in New York and the University of Zurich.
Co-Founder & Advisor
Anna Mayoroff-Rezaei is the co-founder of AILBA and was instrumental in building the organization and community. She remains an advisor to AILBA. Anna Mayoroff-Rezaei has law degrees from Moscow University and Stanford Law School. She began her legal career as a legal counsel for a telecommunications startup and then worked as an associate at White & Case LLP and Microsoft in Russia. After receiving an LL.M. from Stanford Law School, Anna worked at Zendesk, Atlassian, Lyft and Modern Health. She is currently Associate General Counsel for Product, Commercial, and Marketing at Modern Health.
